摘要本文对 2015NUT 赛车的前翼和尾翼结构进行分析,针对结构设计的不足,在符合 2106 年大赛规则要求的条件下,对主要参数和结构进行了改进设计。首先,基于对前翼的二维 分析,采用正交试验确定前翼基本参数对于前翼气动特性影响的主次顺序,并对主要参数 进行优化分析。对参数优化后的前翼进行三维建模和 CFD 分析计算,获得其气动特性参 数。对前翼的安装方式提出一种新方案,提高了前翼安装的可靠性和便捷性。其次,对尾 翼的端板进行了增加百叶结构的改进尝试,并和原尾翼对比分析。最后,将设计的前翼和 尾翼安装在赛车上,对整车的气动特性进行 CFD 分析计算。69530

Title The study on the improvement design for 2015 NUT race car’s front and rear wings
Abstract
This paper analyzed the structure of 2015 NUT race car’s front and rear wings, improving the design of the car’s main parameters and the structure according to the new contest rules in 2016 at the same time. First, based on the two-dimensional analysis of the front wing, the important order of the front wing’s basic parameters influencing its aerodynamic characteristic can be confirmed via orthogonal experiment. And the main parameters of front wing can also be analyzed and optimized by the experiment. Then, the three- dimensional modeling and the CDF analysis of the optimized front wing would be done to get the parameters of aerodynamic characteristics. A new installation method has been come up with, which could make the installation of front wing more reliable and easier. Besides the solution, there is a try to add the shutter structure to the rear wing’s end plate, which is compared with the original rear wing. Finally, the designed front and rear wings were fixed in the car to conduct the CDF analysis of the aerodynamic performance.
