摘要根据对单室双推固体火箭发动机装药形式的了解,设计了轮孔装药结构的双推力火 箭发动机,编写了轮孔装药的内弹道计算程序,采用零维内弹道方程在常温、高温、低 温的工作环境下分别进行了内弹道计算,绘制出三种状态下的推力压力曲线,得到符合 要求的推力方案;设计了火箭发动机的燃烧室、喷管、连接底及稳定装置等重要零部件, 并进行了热力和应力计算,结果说明火箭发动机零部件能够满足强度及刚度要求;对全 弹的气动力计算得出火箭弹在一定马赫数及攻角下飞行时的升力与阻力大小,分析了火 箭弹的静稳定性,并对火箭弹的射程进行估算。69543

According to the realizion of grain form in single chamber dual thrust solid rocket motor, designed the wheel hole structure grain to produce double thrust, and write the wheel hole grain
dimension interior ballistic equation under the room temperature, high temperature, and low temperature working conditions. Mapped the thrust-time and pressure-time curves in the three kinds of condition, the result showed that thrust scheme meets the requirements; stated the design process of important parts like rocket combustion chamber, nozzle, and stabilizer. Thermal and stress calculation showed that rocket motor parts can satisfy the intensity and
Mach number and Angle of attack get the flight resistance and lift force.Rocket static stability is analyzed, and the range of the rocket are calculated.
