摘要刀库在最重要的地方体现在换刀中,它的具体细节和方式还有尺寸等一系列特征都对加工零部件和工件产生很大的影响。设计相对应的圆盘式刀库,而且对刀库进行一定研究。在论文开中,我总结了各个刀库的特点优势还有缺点等比较,慢慢理清自己要设计的东西意义在哪里,想要带来一些什么新的东西。我的这篇论文不是特别的复杂麻烦,这里面需要的东西很多,减速平衡什么的一系列机械相关的东西都要考虑,慢慢完整这个设计,先开始要详细查找各类文献和资料,确定自己设计的总体思路和工艺方法,对于盘式刀库,先从伺服电机开始,确定需要多大的电机,经过计算和矫正来确定最终目的。73070
面对市场竞争的压力,如何提高机械制造业的生产效率是为重中之重,而刀库的出现,促使减少了机械加工时换刀具所使用的时间,大大的提高了生产效率。数控卧式镗铣床是一种具有自动换刀装置和任意分度数控转台的数字控制机床,夹装好工件之后自动完成侧面加工。数控机床在我们社会生产中有很大的应用前景和发展前景特别的实用,现代信息化技术正在努力加速发展这个工程。

ABSTRACT Tool storage is very important in automatic tool changing system。 Its layout, there have a great influence on design。 Some machining centers which is not fashion and strange are widely used in cutting tools, and there are many different requirements in different situations and practices。 Therefore, we need to design a corresponding disk cutter library and tool library for research。 At the beginning of the thesis, the overall design of the tool base is introduced, including the working principle of each component, and then the structural design and control of the die is pided into several parts, and the calculation and design are started。 This paper introduces the design of the knife, called a worm reducer, transmission part, gear worm and worm wheel, including the calculation of the other axis; the knife feed is the main control by hydraulic and electronic parts of PLC。
