摘要：转鼓连续过滤机由于结构紧凑，占地面积小，过滤能力高，处理能力大的特点在矿山选矿、化工等行业被广泛运用;但由于滤布打滑、跑偏，滤液回吐等现象导致在实际生产中生产率不高。本文以过滤氢氧化铝为例，一方面对该设备的转鼓、分配头、传动装置部分进行进一步的优化；另一方面，通过对刮刀进行重新设计，使其具有可调整的安装角度；同时，采用偏心轮机构取代偏心轮来有效避免料槽内的物料过分沉淀。从而使该过滤机在有效地避免上述问题发生的同时，也可以达到规定的生产率。73071

Design of continuous drum filter

Abstract：Because of the compact structure, small footprint, high filtration ability and large processing capacity, the drum continuous filter has been widely used in mining and chemical industry。 However, due to the phenomenon of such as filter cloth slip、deviation, the filtrate taking and so on , productivity is not high in actual production。 In this paper, by filtering aluminum hydroxide as an example, on the one hand ,the device parts,such as the drum, the distribution of the device, the transmission part are improved effectively; On the other hand, by redesign of the scraper, it has an adjustable mounting angle; Eccentric wheel mechanism is used to replace the eccentric wheel in order to effectively avoid the excess material in the trough。 Thus, the filter can effectively prevent the above-mentioned problems from occurring, and the predetermined productivity can be achieved。
