摘要:灌装机械有相当一部分用于食品,药品行业,尤其是饮料制造业,以PET瓶为包装容器的饮料包装,占整个饮料行业包装市场的60%以上。理盖装置是自动封盖机的重要组成部分,它保证向封盖机的封盖头提供稳定的定向正确的瓶盖流,并直接影响封盖机的适应性、可靠性和产量。由于结构复杂、振动噪声大、易卡盖、效率低等诸多原因将难以满足现代包装机械的需求。由于不同产品所使用的包装容器差异较大,瓶盖的几何形状和尺寸也不尽相同,设计一种既能适应不同形状和尺寸的瓶盖,又具有高效率、高可靠性的理盖装置是非常必要的。
本篇论文主要介绍瓶盖理盖系统的设计,主要是用于解决生产实际需要,创造社会经济效益,解决长期困扰饮料工厂的低效率问题而产生的。9595

The Design of Cap sorter
Abstract:Filling machine has quite part of used in food, pharmaceutical industry, beverage manufacturing industry, in particular, packaging container for PET bottle beverage packaging, accounts for more than 60% of the whole beverage packaging industry market. Richard cover device is an important part of automatic block machine, it guarantees to provide stable directional cover sealing capping machine right cap flow, and directly affect the adaptability, reliability and yield of capping machine. Because of the large complex structure, low vibrating noise, easy card cover, low efficiency, a number of reasons will be difficult to meet the needs of modern packaging machinery. Due to the different products used by the packaging container difference is bigger, the geometry of a cap and size also is not the same, design a kind of can adapt to different shapes and sizes of caps, but also has high efficiency, high reliability of device is very necessary.
This paper mainly introduces the cap cap system design, mainly used to solve production actual need, create social economic benefits, solve the low efficiency problem in beverage factory for a long time.
Most of this paper is mainly pided into three parts: the first part for the design and check; Second most was elected to cover part of the mechanical structure design and check; The third most to dial the cover part mechanical structure design and checking system.
