摘要20世纪以来,模具行业在制造业占有很大的份额,尤其是注塑模具,在近30年发展尤为迅速。为了满足模具市场的需求,我们需要不断的改进模具设计方案和制造方法,从而提高产品质量,缩短制造周期,降低产品成本。本设计以QC风扇固定座盖板为例,由于塑件本身体积较大,且与QC风扇固定底座相互配合,加工精度要求较高,但实际生产中往往由于冷却系统和浇注系统设计不合理导致塑件的翘曲过大,产生气穴,收缩不均等,这些直接影响到塑件的装配和外形的美观,不能迎合市场的需求。73810
本设计运用Pro/E软件对QC风扇固定底座盖板进行建模,并对其结构、材料、成型工艺进行分析,使其达到生产要求。同时利用Moldflow软件对创建好的塑件模型进行最佳浇口、填充、冷却分析,比较三种方案的可靠性,从而确定模具的浇注和冷却系统排布方式。设置合理的工艺参数,降低产品成本和生产周期,满足用户需求。

Design of Injection Mould for QC Fan Fixed Base Plate
Abstract Since twentieth Century, the mold industry in the manufacturing sector occupies a large share, especially in the injection mold, the development is particularly rapid in the last 30 years. In order to meet the needs of the mold market,we need to constantly improve the mold design and manufacturing methods,so as to improve product quality, shorten the manufacturing cycle, reduce the cost of products. This design to QC fan fixing seat cover plate as an example, the plastic itself volume is larger, and cooperate with QC fan fixing base, the requirement of the processing precision is higher, but the actual production in often due to cooling system and pouring system design is not reasonable lead plastic parts warping is too large, resulting in cavitation and shrinkage unequal, these direct effects to plastic assembly and the appearance is beautiful, can not meet the market demand.
This design uses the Pro/E to the QC fan fixed base cover plate to model, and its structure, material, molding process analysis,so that it can meet the production requirements. At the same time,the Moldflow to create good plastic model of optimal gate,filling and cooling analysis, the reliability of comparing the three schemes,so as to determine the die casting and cooling system arrangement. Set reasonable process parameters,reduce product cost and production cycle,meet the needs of users.
