摘要自静电喷雾技术发掘兴起以来,对农业发展产生了重大的推动作用,据农业部门统计,植保这一环节就能提高农业产量的20%以上。而农业的重中之重就是农药的喷洒与利用,如何利用好农药是件关乎农业发展的大事。农药的喷洒水平和技术也就直接关系到了农药的利用率,所以开发出喷洒均匀、吸附率高的农药喷洒技术具有重大意义。73833
静电喷雾技术的主要原理就是把高压静电加在喷头上,在高压静电的作用下在目标作物上产生出感应相反的电荷,这样能大幅度提高静电喷雾的物化性能。在高压静电作用下喷头喷出来的雾滴将会和喷头电荷极性相反的电荷,静电场作用之下这样相反的雾滴,将会沿着电场线运动然后吸附在目标作物上。本论文将从以下几个过程来设计静电喷雾系统设计。从静电喷雾的雾化过程、雾滴荷电过程和沉积过程三个过程同时进行了分析。本文利用的是传统喷头改装成静电喷头的做法,通过高压静电来是喷头发射出的雾滴直径更加细小、雾滴覆盖率也大幅提高,本设计就是以静电喷头、高压静电发生器、气压式喷壶以及可充电电池四个主要部件来设计出来的静电喷雾实验系统。

Electrostatic spray system design Abstract Since the electrostatic spray technology explore rise, has a significant role on the agricultural development, according to the department of agriculture, plant protection this link can increase more than 20% of the agricultural production. And agriculture is the top priority of pesticide spraying and the use, how to make good use of pesticides is about the development of the agriculture. Pesticide spraying level and technology is directly related to the utilization of pesticide, developed spray evenly, high adsorption rate and pesticide spraying technology is of great significance.
The main principle of electrostatic spray technology is add on the nozzle, high pressure electrostatic in under the action of high voltage electrostatic target crops produce induction the opposite charge, so that the material properties of the electrostatic spray can be greatly improved. Under the effect of high-voltage electrostatic spray nozzle of droplets will charge polarity opposite electric charge, and nozzle under electrostatic field is so instead of droplets, will be along the electric field lines and adsorption on the target crops. This paper will from the following several design process to design the electrostatic spray system. From the atomization process of electrostatic spray, fog droplets charged process and the three depositional process were analyzed at the same time. This paper, by using the traditional electrostatic nozzle, the nozzle converted into is nozzle emitted by high voltage electrostatic droplet diameter is smaller and more droplets coverage also greatly increased, this design is by electrostatic spray, high-voltage electrostatic generator, air pressure type watering can, and rechargeable battery four main components to design of electrostatic spray experiment system.
