摘要自动化生产是现代工业化生产的主要趋势之一,其中自动化装配是主要的组成部分。其中行星轮组件的全自动装配在国内还很少,使其成为国内热门研究之一,本文就是对行星轮组件的全自动装配机进行设计研究。73863
本文通过对行星轮组件的机械结构进行分析,以及国内外行星轮组件装配的现状。通过自己的理解以及老师的指导对整个行星轮组件全自动装配机的结构进行设计,而整个系统则是通过气缸动作来进行装配的。
本文设计是采用给定的行星轮组件,该行星轮组件是由一个齿轮,一个中心轴,两个卡簧以及18个滚针组成。采用气缸进行动作,其中在结构设计上主要是滚针进给装配系统,轴的进给装配系统以及齿轮进给装配系统。
本文通过对机械结构的设计,以及气缸的选择来完成整个行星轮组件全自动装配机的设计。通过各种机械结构的配合,整个行星轮组件全自动装配机能够实现全自动装配,而且整个设计秉持结构优化的理念,对整个系统进行结构优化以及简化。

Abstract Automatic production is one of the main trends of modern industrial production, and the automation assembly is the main part of the production。The whole planetary gear assembly is very few in China, which makes it become one of the hottest research in China。This paper is the design and research of the automatic assembly machine of the planet wheel。
In this paper, through the analysis of the mechanical structure of the planetary gear assembly, the current situation of the assembly of the planetary gear is at home and abroad。Through their own understanding and the teacher's guidance on the whole planet wheel assembly of the whole assembly machine design, and the whole system is through the cylinder action to carry out the assembly。
In this paper, the design is the given planetary wheel assembly, the planet wheel component is by a gear,a center shaft,two circlips and 18 needle compositions。The cylinder motion, which in the structure design, is mainly feed roller assembly system, axis feed assembly system and feed gear assembly system。
In this paper, through the design of the mechanical structure, the choice of the cylinder is to complete the whole planetary automatic wheel assembly machine design。Through all kinds of mechanical structures of the coordinate, the entire planet wheel assembly system can realize advanced automatic assembly。Upholding the idea of optimizing the structure of the whole design, the whole system is used to optimize and simplify the structure。
