摘要本次设计是以注塑模设计理论为基础,用所学的机械零件的知识作为指导来 完成的。首先对手机 USB 充电器插头顶盖进行结构工工艺性分析,如工艺特点, 外形结构,材料性能,注塑成型的条件极其规律。在生产量上,相关工时进行计 算选择一模两件的模具设计。使用 UG 等软件来设计出完整的注塑模具,本设计 主要是塑件尺寸大小,表面粗糙度,形状,相关结构分析。然后结合模具的结构, 从而确定模具的成型部分,包括型芯、型腔是否需要嵌件和镶块,型腔数目,选 择适合的注塑机,以及确定浇注系统和相关的零件。继而选择冷却管道系统,还 有推出机构,同时选择模架和模具材料。装配时注意排气系统的选择,并对注塑 机进行相关参数最终校核。从而完成了手机 USB 充电器插头顶盖注塑模具总体的 装配结构设计。73870
