摘要随着机械加工工业的快速发展,现如今对提高机械加工效率和改善劳动强度的要求已经越来越高了。对于各种各样的结构复杂的工件,结合目前的实际情况,为了满足一个工件它的某一道加工工序的要求,专门为了这一道工序的加工而设计并制造了一个专用夹具。根据课题研究,为了适应铣槽这一工序的加工要求,而设计出了一个连杆铣槽的专用夹具。它是针对连杆的结构特点,在设计过程中选择了“一面两孔”的定位方案,其中选择的定位元件分别是支承板、圆柱销和菱形销。然后对夹紧方案、对刀方案等方面进行分析选择,使工件的安装能够更方便更高效,还能够保证工件的加工精度。设计的这个夹具加工精度良好,非常适用于加工连杆类零件中的铣槽工序。当然,设计的这套夹具应当具有高效化、精密化等特点,在工件加工时能够有效的减少基本时间和辅助时间,提高产品生产,同时也能降低工人技术要求和工人的劳动强度,这些都是现代机床夹具所需要具备的特点。76185
