摘要这次毕业设计的题目是:50T液压机液压系统设计。最主要的是对液压机的液压系统原理进行设计然后分析并计算。这次设计的液压机我最终选择为三梁四柱液压机,这种液压设备的应用及其的广泛,被应用在生活中方方面面。这种液压设备的零部件主要包含了液压机的主缸,各种滑块,各种横梁,各种立柱,多种充液阀,以及油箱。横梁、滑块、立柱、工作台、导柱、主缸和顶出缸相互协调共同工作组成了液压机的主机的主要部分。首先对液压机液压系统进行设计并且计算,然后开始液压缸的一系列设计以及计算,最后进行的是电机及泵的选择计算。在确定液压缸的大部分参数后对液压元件进行初步的选型。一定选择最为合适的液压元件由此保证液压系统运行稳定。这次设计的液压系统主缸能顺利实现快速下行。缓慢加压,保压延时,泄压回程,任意位置停止。薄板拉伸时,则要求顶出液压缸上升、停止和压力回程等辅助动作也能够全部实现。77635
