摘要齿轮机构是目前生产中运用十分普遍的机械传动机构,原因是它们具有较多优点:比如齿轮传递功率较高、效率可靠、传动准确、工作时间长、结构比较合理等。日常的讨论中,所提到齿轮的传动基本是在做匀速运动和一定的运动功率的传动,这类传动的齿轮传动比通常为常数。但是,我们生产中经常会用到非圆齿轮,它们通常会被用于控制元件,在轻工业、服装、饮食等等行业发挥着重要作用。77637

非圆齿轮传动技术在上个世纪30年代在就已出现,上个世纪50年代前苏联学者李特文第一次给非圆齿轮传动技术建立了系统理论,这项技术传到国内是上个世纪70年代,同时开始进行系统研究,可惜的是至今应用仍然有限,甚至这部分内容并没有出现在我国机械专业的本科生教材中。可能的原因在于,非圆齿轮设计复杂,计算不方便,制造也不容易。到了20世纪70年代,随着科技进步,计算机和数控制造技术的发展和以及应用,让我们有可能解决了制约非圆齿轮运用的两大难题,因此使得非圆齿轮的应用再一次引起人们的关注,并一度引起热潮,人们将这项想称之为齿轮界的“再发明”,与此同时,人们不但对非圆齿轮传动进行研究,还带动了非圆带、链等传动类型的研究,将领域深入到非匀速比的研究。

偏心齿轮是指有一对普通渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮,它的回转中心与几何中心不在同一点,之间形成一个偏心距,从而可以实现变速比传动,这种齿轮的制造和一般的渐开线齿轮方式相同,但是可以同时取代很多复杂的非圆齿轮运动的特点,以此得到人们的关注。

本文首先阐述了渐开线齿轮的发展现状及其优势特点,进行总结、归纳,并对偏心渐开线齿轮的基本理论进行全面论述。接着分析偏心渐开线齿轮的传动函数,然后使用Excel编程计算了不同偏心距e和和中心距a下的传动比变化,根据所计算的结果和曲线的变化情况,分析传动比变化规律,本文主要采用了四阶龙格库搭法对结果进行求解。
