摘要随着我国经济的飞速发展和人民生活水平的快速提高,城乡居民对生活热水的需 求逐步形成了一个量大面广的热水消费市场,作为一种高效节能装置,空气源热泵热 水器将在国内及国际市场中占据重要的位置。空气源热泵热水器因其节能环保且制热 能力显著等优势使之在生活热水消费市场具有广阔的发展空间和前景。81246

本文经研究讨论了实际热泵循环中一些因素对其性能的影响,如液体过冷、蒸气 过热、压力损失和热损失等对空气源热泵系统的制热系数(COP)、压缩机耗功的影 响;通过给定参数,计算出了相应的换热器面积,并确定其基本尺寸和大小,从而达 到系统各部件之间的匹配,使机组工作效率更高。

本文通过控制变量的方法研究了在同等水流量不同制冷剂充注量和同等制冷剂 充注量不同水流量情况下其机组 COP、吸、排气温度和压力、加热时间、冷凝器进 出口水温温差、制热量、过热度、过冷度等变化情况。发现当水流量恒定时,随着制 冷剂充注量的增加,其加热时间逐渐缩短,排气压力逐渐升高、冷凝器进出口水温温 差增加、制热量和 COP 先增大后减小等一系列的结论。另一方面,发现了当制冷剂 充注量相同时,随着水流量的增大,其冷凝器进出口水温温差有明显下降,排气温度 有一定下降等结果。

Abstract With the rapid increase of the rapid development of China's economy and the people's living standards, urban and rural residents, the demand for domestic hot water gradually formed a a wide range of hot water consumption market, as a high efficient energy-saving equipment, air source heat pump water heater will in the domestic and  international markets accounted for according to the important position。 Air source heat pump water heater because of its energy saving and environmental protection and the thermal capacity of the hot water in the consumer market has a broad space for development and prospects。

The research discusses the effect of some factors in actual heat pump cycle on the performance, such as liquid subcooling, superheated steam, pressure loss and heat loss of air source heat pump system of heat transfer coefficient (COP), power consumption of compressor; given the parameters, calculate the corresponding heat exchanger area, and to determine the size and the size, so as to achieve the match between parts of a system, the unit of work efficiency more high。

In this paper, the control variables studied under different water flow in different refrigerant filling quantity of the same water flow and the same refrigerant filling quantity the coefficient of performance (COP), ceiling, the pressure and temperature of the exhaust gas, heating time, condenser import and export water temperature, heat, superheat, cooling degree changes。 Found when the water flow is constant, with the increase of refrigerant charge, the heating time is shortened gradually, exhaust pressure gradually increased, condenser and export water temperature increases, the heating capacity and cop increases first and then decreases and a series of conclusions。 On the other hand, when  the refrigerant charge is the same, with the increase of water flow rate, the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water temperature of the condenser is obviously decreased, and the exhaust temperature is decreased。
