摘要随着船舶行业的发展和变革,集散两用船越来越受到人们的关注和重视, 集散两用船已经成为船舶运输中重要的组成部分。由于集散两用船的应用范围广泛,装载货物数量多,近海使用频繁。保证船体结构强度是船舶建造过程中十分重要的一个环节,船舶结构强度是否符合要求决定了船舶如何进行建造和生产,同时也是船舶安全性能的保证。本文针对集散两用船的横向强度进行有限元强度分析具有十分重要的工程意义。81336

本文根据给定的84m近海集散两用船的典型横剖面图、基本结构图等主要的图纸资料进行有限元建模,并对对船体进行横向结构强度分析。首先,本文通过绪论介绍了研究背景,研究意义及当今船舶的发展现状。其次,介绍了本文所使用的有限元软件及其功能。然后,根据给定的一艘84m集散两用船的图纸确定船体的货舱段的模型为1/2舱加1/2舱,即船体FR58肋位至船体FR114肋位,并使用软件Patran对船体所选定的的舱段部位结构进行有限元建模。最后,使用软件Msc。Nastran对所建模型的三种工况进行了有限元强度分析,获得了船舶舱段结构关键部位的结构响应,并结合结构响应的结果提出了一些加强建议。

Abstract With the development and change of the ship industry, more and more people have been paid more attention 。 The distributed ship has become an important part of the ship transportation。 Because of the wide range of application of the distributed dual purpose ship, the quantity of the goods is much, and the use is frequent。 Hull structure strength is  important in the process of shipbuilding, whether the ship structural strength meets the requirements determines how the ship is constructed and produced, and it is also the guarantee of the safety performance of the ship。  In this paper, the finite element strength analysis of the transverse strength of the distributed ship is very important in engineering。

In this paper, the finite element modeling is made on the basis of the typical cross section and the basic structure of the, which is based on the given 84m ship。 First of all, this paper introduces the research background, research significance and the current status of the development of the ship。 Secondly, introduce the finite element software and its function。 Then, according to the given ship 84m distributed amphibious ship drawings to determine the ship's cargo compartment model for 1 / 2 class plus 1 / 2 class, hull FR58 rib to the hull FR114 rib bit and using Patran software to finish the selected range of model。 Finally, the finite element intension analysis of the built model of three kinds of conditions using software Msc。Nastran and obtain the structural response of the key parts of the ship cabin structure, and puts forward some strengthening suggestions according to the results of the structure response。
