摘要液化气船是专门用来运输液化气的液装船，故其结构与其它船型不一样。本课题 主要是研究液化气船底边舱的生产设计过程。文章开始介绍了现在液化气船在市场上 的情况，之后简略地介绍了液化气的特点和液化气船的种类并介绍各种类船型的结构 特点。文章还介绍了生产设计的意义与发展。文章的主要内容是对该船的货舱底边舱 407P/S 分段进行生产设计，结合船厂的施工条件与生产设计的基本要求，得出该分 段的建造方案。文章重点是生产设计该分段的结构分析与生产工艺的考虑。同时按照 建造方案，绘制结构图，编写零件表，绘制拼板图、胎架图，进行吊环的选用与翻身 过程的介绍并绘制吊马图，进行分段涂装的研究。最终得出一份详细完整的分段生产 的过程。81336

Abstract Liquefied gas tanker is specially used for transporting liquefied petroleum gas, so its structure is not the same as other ship types。 The main topic is the production design process of liquefied gas tanker hopper tanks。 This paper introduces the present situation of liquefied gas tanker in the market, then briefly introduces the characteristics of liquefied gas, the types of liquefied gas tankers and introduces the structural characteristics of various types of ships。 The significance and development of the production design are also introduced in this paper。 The main content of the article is a section of the ship the cargo hopper 407P/S of production design, combined with the basic requirements of the shipyard construction condition and production design, it is concluded that the segment of the building project。 This article focuses on the structure analysis and production process  of the production design。 Also in accordance with the construction of the scheme, structure drawing, preparation of parts lists, drawing spell board diagram, diagram of the jig, rings and selection of the turning process is introduced and drawing hanging maps, section painting research。 Finally, a detailed and complete production process is obtained。
