本文先从造船行业的背景、国内外液化气船的现状及研究的内容和意义开始介 绍,并对液化气船的分类、特点、发展现状和趋势进行了概述。以液化气船及船舶生 产设计的现状与发展为基础,结合实际生产和加工能力、生产流程,对 27500 立方液化气船货舱底部 303 分段进行生产设计。由基本结构图、分段划分图、总布置图、中 横剖面图和建造方针等给出施工要领,并绘制分段结构图、拼板图和零件明细表,设 置吊环吊马,计算分段重量重心及绘制分段吊环安装图,同时对液化气船的结构特点 及未来趋势作了一些讨论。

Abstract The global financial crisis has a huge impact on the shipbuilding industry, making the world shipbuilding enterprises in all aspects launched a fierce competition。 Countries left behind the South Korea, Europe and the United States and other countries in all aspects of technology, management, quality must seize the high technology, high added value, profit margins of liquefied gas carrier as a breakthrough to achieve key success in the competition。
In this paper, we start with introducing the background of the shipbuilding industry, the status quo of domestic and foreign liquefied gas carriers and significance of the research, and then summarize the classification, characteristics, development status and trend of the liquefied gas tanker。 Based on the present situation and development of liquefied gas tanker and ship's production design, the production design of the 303 section of the bottle of the cargo tank of the 27500 liquefied gas tanker is carried out in combination with the actual production and processing capacity and production flow。 Referring to basic structure diagram, piecewise graph partitioning, general layout, transverse profile and construction principles, we point out the construction essentials, draw sub structure, splicing board diagram and parts list, set the hoisting rings, calculate weight and center of gravity and draw section installation diagram of rings, at the same time discuss structure characteristics and future trends of the liquid of gas ship。
