摘要造船业是为海洋开发、水上交通以及国防建设等一系列行业提供技术装备的综合 性产业。造船业也是国民经济中一个重要的组成部分，是拉动 GDP 快速增长的重要产 业。造船业不仅是资本密集型产业，也是劳动密集型产业。新建或扩建船厂都能够吸 纳大量的就业人员，提高就业率。81932

船舶生产设计就是为船舶生产绘制一系列工作图表并制定相应工艺技术指标的 一项设计过程。船舶生产设计需要在确定了船体总建造方针后才能进行。生产设计以 详细设计的资料作为基础，同时还要考虑船厂实际的施工条件、施工区域和工艺阶段 等一系列因素。一个好的生产设计能够保证船舶生产稳定、连续地进行，对于船舶的 建造具有十分重要的意义。

本文先介绍了我国造船行业和船舶生产设计，包括国内外研究现状以及我国存在 的问题。然后介绍了液化气船的分类和特点。接着对 27500 立方液化气船作了简要分 析，介绍其建造方案、分段划分以及总装方案。最后详细介绍了底边舱 403P/S 分段 的生产设计。包括分段特点和建造要领，结构图、拼板图、吊马图的绘制过程，还有 分段涂装要领。

Abstract Shipbuilding industry is a comprehensive industry which provides technical equipment for marine development, water transportation, national defense construction and so on。 Shipbuilding industry is also an important part of the national economy。 It is an important industry to stimulate the rapid growth of GDP。 Shipbuilding industry is not only a capital-intensive industry, but also a labor-intensive industry。 Building or expanding a shipyard will provide many jobs for people and improve the employment rate。

The meaning of ship production design is to make a series of technological index and the working chart of data management。 It is in the premise of the determination of ship construction principles and on the basis of the construction condition of the shipyard。 It is according to the construction area, process stage and unit。 A good production will ensure the stable and continuous production of the ship。 It is important to the construction of the ship。

At the beginning of the paper, it introduces the shipbuilding industry of our country, including the domestic and foreign research condition。 Then it introduces the classification and characteristics of liquefied gas carrier。 In addition, it make a brief analysis of 27500 cubic meters liquefied gas carrier。 The construction way and the block pision are introduced。 Finally, it introduces the production design of the bottom side tank in detail, including the characteristics of the block, block structure drawings, panel drawings, rings hanging drawings and coating essentials。
