本文分析了最近几年的航运市场以及对船舶研究的现状，从液散货船入手，与其 它船型作出比较。结合实际生产和加工能力、生产流程，在详细设计的基础上对液散 货船货舱舷侧分段进行生产设计。由总布置图、中横剖面图、外板展开图、甲板和纵 剖面图绘制分段结构图、拼板图和零件明细表，描述分段的建造工艺，设置吊环吊马， 计算分段重量重心及绘制分段吊环安装图和翻身图，分段的涂装要领。

Abstract The  production  design  is  the  foundation   of   shipbuilding   preparation, pides into Preliminary Design, Detail Design and production design。 The concrete content includes determining the ship building guidelines, preparation of the professional construction essentials and overall planning and coordination of the technical problems in the production, to make the maximum use of the existing equipment of the shipyard, constructing personnel skills into full play, improving the quality of shipbuilding and the production efficiency, ensure safety and low cost。

This paper analyzes the shipping market in recent years and the present status of research on ship, from the liquid bulk carrier, compared with other type。 Combined with the actual production and processing capacity and production flow chart。 On the basis of the detailed design, do the production design of the Side Section S12P/S of 80500DWT By general plan, Mid ship Section Plan, Shell Expansion, Profiles and Decks, draw Sectional structure diagram, Panel and parts list, the construction process of description section, setting the handling ring, calculating weight center of gravity, drawing segment rings installation and roll over, section of the coating。
