摘要本文以玻镁板模板上线装置及板材输送装置为研究对象,完成该 装置的整体结构设计及对该装置的三维建模,同时针对实际生产中遇 到的问题提出解决方案,以解决企业实际生产中存在的问题。玻镁板 模版上线装置及板材输送装置比较复杂在实际的生产制造过程中由 于各设备类型的限制在生产加工中需要的人力成本高,现有的设计方 案虽然解决了企业设备的限制但是通过此方法压制的模板,密度分布 的均匀性不高,加工工序繁琐,因而降低了企业的生产效率,增加了 能耗,生产成本增高。本文设计了一套带有机械手的玻镁板模板上线 装置以解决现有装置中存在的问题,从而达到最终的设计要求,并且 改善模板的密度分布。板材输送装置采用滚筒输送,该装置简单维护 方便。本文首先介绍了玻镁板生产线的发展现状和前景趋势,以及玻 镁板模板上线装置及输送装置的发展概况,其次介绍了该上线装置及 板材输送装置的原理。然后对玻镁板模板上线装置及板材输送装置进 行设计,包括结构分析、现有设计方案分析、整体方案分析、各主要 零件的设计以及尺寸校核,完成最终设计要求。达到提高经济效益和 生产效率的目的;最后通过对设计的玻镁板模板上线装置及板材输送 装置建立三维模型,对各主要零件进行校核,画出二维图。82150

Abstract In this paper, we take the glass magnesium board template as the research object, the whole structure design of the device and the 3D modeling of the device are completed, at the same time, it puts forward solutions to the problems encountered in the actual production, in order to solve the problems existing in the actual production of enterprises。 Glass magnesium plate plate and plate conveying device is more complicated in the actual production process due to the various types of equipment in the production and processing of the high cost of manpower, existing design while addressing the equipment company limited but suppressed by the method of template, density distribution uniformity is not high, complicated processing procedure, thereby reducing the production efficiency of enterprises, and  increase  energy  consumption  and production costs increased。 In this paper, we design a set of glass magnesium board template with a manipulator to solve the problems in the existing equipment。 So as to achieve the final design requirements, and improve the density of the template distribution。 The plate conveying device adopts the lead screw and the hand wheel, the device is simple and easy to maintain。 This paper firstly introduces the development status and Prospect of the glass magnesium board production line, and the development situation of the glass magnesium board template on line device  and  conveying  device,  secondly, it introduces  the  principle  of the

on-line device and the plate conveying device。 Then the template of the glass magnesium board on-line device and sheet conveying device design, including structure analysis, current design scheme analysis, scheme of overall analysis, the main parts of the design and size check to complete the final design requirements。 To achieve the purpose of improving economic efficiency  and  production  efficiency。  Finally,  through  the design of the glass magnesium board template line device and plate conveying device to establish a three-dimensional model  of  the main parts of the check, draw a two-dimensional diagram。
