摘要:随着利率市场化和互联网金融的冲击,商业银行之间的竞争日趋激烈。商业银行为了在严峻的竞争环境中获得更好的发展,需要在发展过程中不断地完善管理机制。财务指标一直以来都是我国的商业银行绩效评价的主要评价标准,既简单又方便,但它忽略了非财务因素对银行发展的影响。平衡计分卡作为一种比较科学的绩效管理方法,与传统的绩效考核方法相比,存在许多方面的优势,所以在近几年被各大商业银行和企业所引进运用。本文将以平衡计分卡在盐城分行的运用为例,综合分析其考核现状以及存在的问题,并在此基础上提出针对性的解决建议。本文的论证不仅仅是要解决盐城分行在构建和使用平衡计分卡过程中所出现的问题,也为国内商业银行和企业提供一个参考案例,为平衡计分卡在我国更好的使用做出相应的贡献。91324
