摘 要:随着我国金融市场的对外开放和金融体制的改革,我国商业银行面临的竞争也越 来越严峻。银行对绩效管理的要求也越来越严格,平衡计分卡更是被广泛应用到各银行的 绩效管理中。本文以中国银行 S 支行绩效管理现状为例,分析 S 支行绩效管理体系,发现 S 支行绩效管理中存在的绩效考核指标设计严重失衡、绩效管理方法与银行战略目标不匹 配、忽视员工自身发展对银行发展的重要性、误将绩效考核等同于绩效管理等问题,运用 平衡积分卡理论分析上述问题,提出综合设置考核指标、加强绩效管理过程中的沟通、企 业文化建设及人才培养、健全绩效管理模式等意见,通过平衡计分卡提升 S 支行绩效管理 水平。85567
