摘要：随着经济时代的到来，财务战略管理越来越受到公司管理层和经济学家们的重视。大家都意识到它对整个企业的财务活动具有着根本性影响。概括的说，财务战略是企业战略的核心，财务管理目标是制定企业财务战略的方向。财务战略是针对企业资金流动来进行一系列长期性、全面性与目的一致性的智慧型谋划。战略一经制定便具有很强的稳定性，需要贯彻实行和监督，不得随意调整或放弃，所以指定财务战略管理之前我们要充分并且全面做好准备功夫。

本文通过梳理财务战略管理的基础知识和传统财务管理的区别来加深读者对财务战略管理的理解，说明了现在企业的财务战略管理中出现的普遍问题，列举了国外财务战略管理的一套完善路线，提出了针对国内出现漏洞的的一系列解决方法，希望能在企业的财务管理者制定战略时对他们有所帮助。

The Research of Financial Strategic Management
Abstract: With the arrival of the new economic era, more and more financial managements have realized the importance of the financial strategy. All of us think financial strategic management has great influence on the entire enterprise. Generally speaking, financial strategy is the core of the enterprise strategy, the goal of financial management is the enterprise financial strategy formulation direction。The financial strategy is a smart 、long-term 、comprehensive and objective consistent plan to manage the cash flow of enterprises. Strategy has quite stability and it should not be adjusted easily or give up. We must fully prepare before the formulation of financial strategic management.
This article is to deepen the knowledge of strategic management and remind the key point of formulation, illustrates the general problems in the financial strategic management of the enterprises and puts forward a series of solutions. I hope to help the managements when they make financial decisions.
