摘要:在我国如今高速发展的市场经济环境下,上市公司的会计财务信息正确、透明得公开已经成为了必然的要求。但是上市公司为了掩饰自己真实的财务状况以表现自己“良好的经营状况”,会采用各种方式和手段对自己的财务报表进行粉饰以欺骗和误导外部使用者来到达不法目的。本文主要从报表粉饰行为的历史背景和原因入手,通过结合实例剖析如今较为常见的粉饰手段,并提出防范和治理措施。47128

The listed companies Financial statements whitewash behavior and prevention
Abstract:With the development of the market economy in China, The disclosure of financial information required by listing Corporation is the inevitable result.But in these listing corporation, in order to conceal their true financial position to express themselves "good operating condition", the company will use a variety of ways and means to whitewash their finalncial statements in order to deceive their users to reach unlawful purpose.In this paper, through introduced financial statements whitewash the background and main content, combined with the case of listed common financial statements whitewash means. Analysis the corrupt practices, finally gives some suggestions to the recognition of accounting fraud.
