摘要资源受限项目调度问题(RCPSP)是项目管理中重要的问题,RCPSP 主要研究的是如何在满足一定的时序以及资源约束下,合理安排项目中所有活动的开工时间以及完工时间,使资源受限项目调度的目标得以达成。例如项目的总成本最小,项目的所有活动的总工期最短,或项目的资源均衡使用等。在资源缺乏为主要特征的当代经济环境下,随着项目化进程的不断深入,项目往往要面对资源量供应的限制。重复性项目主要分为两类: —类是项目单元在某一地理位置上重复性进行,使得项目成为整体,如房屋建筑工程、摩天大楼工程;另一类是沿着项目活动单位的几何位置重复连续进行的,使得项目具有重复性,如高速公路工程、管道铺设工程、城市地铁工程,这一类项目也被称为连续型重复性项目。 本文所研究的就是如何在满足资源受限的情况下合理安排重复性项目的工期优化问题。在深入分析了大量文献资料和工程项目特点的基础上,结合现代项目管理的理论和方法,针对工程项目施工过程中存在的资源约束问题,围绕着工程项目进度安排的各个环节,系统阐述了工程项目进度管理包含的基本内容,建立了资源约束下的过程项目进度安排模型,在对遗传算法进行算法分析的基础上,验证了遗传算法在资源受约束的工程项目进度优化中的作用。60370 毕业论文关键词:建筑工程 项目调度 资源受限 遗传算法
Title :Construction projects of resource-constrained project scheduling problem
Abstract Resource-constrained project scheduling problem is an important problem in project management. The main research of RCPSP is how to arrange start time and completion time of all the activities in the project, which will make the resource-constrained under a certain sequence and resource constraints. Such as total project cost is minimal, total duration of all the activity of the project is shortest, or the project resource balance and so on. Under the contemporary economic environment which is lack of resources, projects often face resource supply constraints with the deepening of the process of project. Repetitive project is mainly pided into two categories. The first is project units on a geographical location repeatability, which makes project as a whole, such as housing construction project, the skyscraper engineering and the same. The other is repeated continuous along the project activity units, which makes project repetitive, such as the highway engineering, pipeline laying project, urban subway project, which are also called continuous repetitive projects. This paper studies the reasonable arrangement of repetitive project schedule optimization problem under the limited resources. After analyzing a large amount of materials and characteristics on the project, the paper systematically analyzes the basic content of engineering project schedule management around the link of the project schedule, and established a project scheduling model under the restriction of resources. On the basis of genetic algorithm, the paper verifies the role of genetic algorithm in the engineering project under resource constraints.
