摘要薪酬公平感是指员工对企业薪酬管理和薪酬分配制度上的知觉和主观判断,它能直接影响员工在工作中的态度和行为,从而对企业的整体效益产生影响。通过研究影响薪酬公平感的因素,企业可以找到行之有效的方法解决薪酬分配中的不公平现象,提升员工公平感。在众多影响因素中,薪酬体系认知是重要的且往往被忽略的因素之一。本文通过问卷调查,收集员工关于薪酬公平感知的相关数据,利用SPSS19进行分析,发现薪酬体系认知对薪酬公平感存在正向影响,且收入水平对实验结果有显著调节作用。最后,根据所得分析结论,提出提高员工薪酬公平感的相关建议。65172

Title Study in impact of understanding of the pay system on the pay fairness
Abstract The pay fairness refers to the staff of the enterprise salary management and salary distribution system on the perception and subjective judgments, it can employee attitude at work and behaviors directly influence, and thus influence the overall benefit of enterprises. Through the study of the influence factors of pay fairness, enterprises can find the effective method to solve the unfair salary distribution, improve the staff fair feeling. There are many factors influencing pay fairness, pay understanding is an important one and often overlooked. Through the questionnaire survey, this article collects relevant data about the remuneration fair perception of employees, uses SPSS19 analysis those data for in-depth research, then we found that That perception of pay fairness of salary system has a positive effect on the experimental results, and the income level has significant moderating effects. finally, according to the conclusions of the analysis, put forward suggestions to raise the salary of the staff fair feeling.
