摘要:一个企业经历初始创立到繁荣发展, 需要不停地筹措并投入一定量的资金才能保证自身正常运作。而企业一般有两种办法来获得想要的资金，一种是靠本身的经营，另一种则是向银行或其他非银行金融机构等借贷也就是负债经营。企业负债经营有其两面性，负债经营可以满足企业对资金的需求，增强发展能力。但是负债也会带来风险，后果严重甚至可能使企业就此销声匿迹。本文基于财务杠杆的模型具体分析了负债经营的优劣效益并在实证分析的基础上分析得出特定行业水平下适度负债的“度”以利于决策。69903

Research on enterprise's appropriate debt based on financial leverage model.

Abstract:An enterprise to experience the initial creation to the prosperity and development, the need to constantly raise and put a certain amount of money to ensure their normal operation. Enterprises generally have two ways to get the money you want, one is by their own operations, and the other is to the bank or other non bank financial institutions, such as loans and debt management. Enterprise liability management has its two sides, liability management can meet the needs of enterprises to funds, and enhance the ability to develop. But the debt will also bring risks, serious consequences may even enable enterprises to disappear from the scene. In this paper, based on the model of financial leverage, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the liability operation and analyzes the "degree" of the appropriate liability under the specific industry level on the basis of the analysis of the empirical analysis.

一、负债经营研究目的和研究现状

(一)研究目的

对于现代的企业来说，不管是想要哪种不同程度上的发展，都离不开负债经营。因为企业所需要的资金仅仅靠自身经营积累所得是远远不够的，不管是扩大再生产还是创新新产品，都需要企业借助社会闲散资金来完成自己的目标。然而，负债经营的杠杆效应是有前提的。只有当投入资本回报率高于负债的成本即负债税后利息率时才能有效地为企业带来正效益，否则，只能给企业带来负效应。但是，怎么样才能在达到正效益的时候使企业利益最大化，又能考虑到企业经营使的固有风险不使负效应时的伤害扩大呢？在各种市场风险行业水平下，如何找到合理负债的“度”是这半个世纪来专家们、管理者们一直在考虑的大问题。
