摘  要：医药企业作为市场的重要部分，其财务状况的好坏可以直接影响整个医药企业的经济效益。随着医药企业体制的不断改革，对于医药企业的管理尤其是在财务方面的管理在企业整体发展中占据越来越重要的位置。本文拟以江苏亚邦医药有限公司为例，通过对亚邦医药财务管理现状的分析，找出公司所存在的一些问题，主要体现在财务管理制度不健全、观念落后、成本费用大等几个方面。通过对问题的深度剖析，提出了相对应的整改措施以加强公司财务管理，需更新财务管理观念、完善财务管理制度、建立销售链、重视药品研发。通过对存在问题分析，不断提高公司财务管理水平，促进公司全面发展。71420

Abstract：Pharmaceutical enterprises is an important part of the market. Its financial situation can directly affect the economic efficiency of the entire pharmaceutical enterprises. With the continuous reform of the pharmaceutical enterprise system, the financial management of the enterprises occupies an increasingly important position. In this paper, the Jiangsu Yabang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is an example. We have an analysis about the status of the company.  We find out the problems exist in the company. The financial management system is not perfect. The concept is backward. The prime cost is very high. Based on the depth analysis of the problem, the corresponding corrective measures are proposed to strengthen the financial management of the company. The company needs to update the concept of financial management at first. The company should improve the financial management system and establish a sales chain. At last the company should pay attention to developing new drugs. Through the analysis of problems, constantly improve the financial management of the company to promote the comprehensive development.
