摘 要：存货是联结产品生产和销售的纽带，企业为了保证生产经营过程的持续，必须有计划地购入、耗用和销售存货。目前由于大部分企业存货管理理念的欠缺，导致存货管理效果低下，资金浪费现象严重，大大降低了企业资金的运转效果，制约着企业的发展。对此，本文以宿迁市欧尚电子有限公司存货管理问题为研究课题，首先介绍了本课题的研究背景与研究意义；然后阐述了存货管理的概念、存货管理理论综述、当前企业存货管理现状；接着从存货的验收储存及保管、销售和收款、存货信息、存货资金的管理四个方面对其存在的存货管理问题进行了分析；然后对问题产生的原因加以分析；最后针对性的提出了解决存货管理问题的有效对策。以解决宿迁市欧尚电子有限公司存货管理问题，提高其存货管理成效。73611
