摘  要：中小企业对苏北地区经济发展和经济转型具有重要意义，然而中小企业由于外部环境的约束以及自身条件的限制，普遍存在融资困难的问题。融资租赁在解决中小企业融资困难方面具有无可比拟的优势，更是其生存与发展的现实选择。然而，就目前的情况来看，中小企业在融资租赁过程中还存在一些问题和风险。因此，加强对苏北中小企业融资租赁的研究有助于解决融资租赁中的问题，防范融资租赁中的风险。本文基于当前苏北融资租赁坏境的现状，浅谈了一些关于苏北中小企业融资租赁的对策和建议。75501

Abstract：Small and medium-sized enterprises are of great significance to the economic development and economic transformation in the northern Jiangsu area。 However, due to the constraints of external environment and self-conditions, the difficulty in financing prevails in small and medium-sized enterprises。 In this context, not only does finance lease have incomparable advantages in solving the financing difficulty, but it also a realistic choice for the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises。 Nevertheless, in the present circumstances, there exist some problems and risks in the finance lease process of small and medium-sized enterprises。 Hence, to strengthen the research of finance lease of small and medium-sized enterprises in the northern Jiangsu area is conducive to solve problems in finance lease and prevent risks。 Based on the status quo of the finance lease environment in the northern Jiangsu area, this thesis proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on the finance lease in small and medium-sized enterprises in the northern Jiangsu area。
