摘要:近年来,我国的经济发展处于平稳较快的增速中,国民收入水平持续增长中,因而商业银行个人金融服务的需求不断增长。我国商业银行的个人金融业在近几年发展迅速,但是在理财产品的研发,营销与服务以及创新方面仍存在诸多问题,很难满足当前居民和个人对于金融产品日益增长的服务需求,同时近年来互联网企业、电商巨头在互联网金融方面的蓬勃发展对于传统的商业银行带来了的强烈冲击。本文依据我国商业银行理财业务发展历程,广泛参考商业银行理财业务方面的著作、期刊和网站,以及数据库终端,通过向居民客户进行问卷调查,以及多个商业银行网点的实地实践调查,从而试图找出我国商业银行理财业务需要解决的现实问题,并针对这些问题提出具体意见,使商业银行能够在到来的互联网金融时代中不被淘汰。77511
