摘要：随着我国的市场经济体制的逐渐深入以及资本化的发展，企业内外部正在发生巨大的改变，企业的经营活动也因此发生了许多变化。如果我们仅通过分析财务报表的数据是远远不够的，必须结合一定专业的财务分析方法，并且结合企业的实际运作，才能够真正地了解企业的经营状况，为企业管理者进行经济预测和为决策者提供可靠的依据。本文选取以宝山钢铁股份有限公司作为分析案例，选取三个专业的财务报表分析方法以此来对企业的现金流量表、利润表、资产负债表进行一系列的数据分析。本文分别从公司的营运、盈力以及偿债能力等来分析，通过分析具体的财务数据，以此了解企业的经营状况，并且可以从结果中发现企业经营管理的缺陷，并提出改善的意见与建议，为企业管理者改善经营管理提供一定的帮助。81086

An Analysis of Financial Statements of Listed Companies 

- Taking Baoshan Iron and Steel Co。, Ltd as an Example

Abstract：With the gradual deepening of China's market economic system and the development of capitalization, the internal and external enterprises are undergoing tremendous changes, which led to the enterprise's financial activities have undergone many changes。 If we only use the analysis of the financial statements , the data is not enough。 We must combine  a serious of  professional financial analysis methods with the actual operation of the enterprise in order to truly understand the business situation for the report users to make economic forecasts and Decision-making to provide a reliable basis。This paper takes Baoshan Iron & Steel Co。, Ltd。 as an example to analyze the balance sheet, profit statement and cash flow statement of the company in the form of case analysis and three professional analysis methods, mainly from the company's debt service Capacity, profitability, operational capacity and other aspects to understand the business development of the enterprise and found that the existence of the business process deficiencies and suggestions to improve the views and recommendations for business managers for some help。
