摘要:锅炉在船舶航行时为船舶提供蒸汽,是船舶不可缺少的一部分。为了保证船舶在航行时的稳定性,船舶机舱锅炉控制系统必须有高稳定性,船舶航行时环境复杂多变,这就要求船舶锅炉控制系统适应性良好。传统的继电器控制无法满足越来越高的控制要求,已经被性能优良的PLC电气自动控制系统代替。PLC有较强的适应性,抵抗外界干扰的能力强,控制系统结构相对简单,故障率低,便于维护,开发周期短等优点。本文主要分析船舶锅炉的工作原理,设计PLC控制系统,画出外部硬件接线图,流程框图,接口分配表,编写出梯形图程序,调试梯形图程序,设计人机界面。通过人机界面可以观察锅炉的工作状况,也可以改变锅炉的工作状态。经过调试后本次设计的控制系统满足设计要求,能实现对锅炉各个控制对象的有效控制。

Abstract:The boiler to provide steam for ship to ship, is an indispensable part of the ship.In order to ensure the stability of ships at sea, marine boiler control system must have high stability, When the ship sailing environment is complicated, which requires the ship boiler control system has good adaptability. The traditional relay control can not meet the increasing control requirements, and has been replaced by PLC automatic control system with good performance. PLC has strong adaptability, strong ability to resist outside interference, the control system has the advantages of simple structure, low failure rate, easy maintenance, short development cycle and so on. In this paper, the working principle of marine boiler is analyzed, and the PLC control system is designed, draw the external hardware wiring diagram, flow chart, interface allocation table, write ladder diagram program and debug, Explain the ladder diagram program and design the Human Machine Interface. Working condition can be observed through the Human Machine Interface of the boiler, the boiler can also change the working condition. After debugging, the design of the control system to meet the design requirements, the boiler can achieve the effective control of each object.
