摘要植入式脊髓神经刺激器是一种可以被植入人体的医疗电子装置,该装置可以治 疗慢性疼痛,脊髓损伤以及运动功能障碍等慢性疾病。本文所述的脊髓神经刺激器 预期能到到以下指标:设计一个脊髓神经刺激器电路,其中(1)电极触点有 2 个,(2) 刺激电流脉冲幅度在 0-10mA 可调,(3)电流脉冲频率在 1-1200Hz,(4)电流脉冲宽度 20-1000μS 之间。
本论文主要研究了脊髓神经刺激器的实现方式,最终提出了一种可行的植入人 体脊髓神经刺激器的可行方案。脊髓神经刺激器发挥效用于靶神经,这就对刺激脉 冲信号的准确定和稳定性有了较高的要求,本论文将完成以下研究工作:(1)阅读 国内外与脊髓神经刺激器相关的文献,了解脊髓神经刺激器的原理;(2)根据刺激 脉冲信号的产生和调节技术,设计脊髓神经刺激器刺激电路;(3)对脊髓神经刺激 器电路进行仿真与测试,验证所设计的方案是否可行;(4)对脊髓神经刺激器的设 计,不同方案进行分析与总结,发现脊髓神经刺激器的制约因素并提出简单的改进 方法。 83863
本论文完成了以上设计,通过测试,所设计的脊髓神经刺激器也达到了预期目 标。

Abstract Implantable spinal nerve stimulator is a medical electronic device which can be implanted in the human body, the apparatus can treat chronic pain, spinal cord injury and other chronic diseases sucn as motor function disorders。Spinal nerve stimulator is described here can be supposed to finish some targets:(1)designing a spinal nerve stimulator circuit in which there are two electrode contacts。 (2)making stimulation current pulse amplitude adjustable from 0 to 10mA。 (3)making current pulse frequency be 1 to 1200Hz。 (4)making current pulse width can be 20 to 1000μS。
In this paper, there is an implementation of the spinal nerve stimulator , and ultimately propose a feasible solution about spinal nerve stimulator。 Spinal nerve stimulation will be effective to the target nerve, which the stimulation pulse signal accuracy and stability will be higher required。This paper will complete the following studies:(1) reading the home and abroad related literature of the spinal cord nerve stimulator to understand the principles of spinal cord nerve stimulator;(2)according to the pulse signal generation and modulation technology, design a spinal nerve stimulation circuit;(3)simulating and testing spinal cord nerve stimulator circuit to verify the design of
the program is feasible(; 4)analyzing and summarizing the different options of spinal cord
nerve stimulation to find out the constraints of spinal cord stimulator device and propose a simple method to improve the device。
We have finished the design stated above。 Through testing, the design of the spinal cord nerve stimulator has achieved the expected goals。
