摘 要:安琪酵母为材料,用酵母完全培养基(YPD培养基)进行培养。通过划线培养,挑选出单菌落。经过镜检之后,选取活性高的菌株进行扩大培养。对培养至对数期的酵母,分别用重金属离子(1 mmol/L Cu+ 和25 μmmol/L Cd+ 处理,分别处理2 h、3 h、4 h和9 h、10 h、11 h。)和过氧化氢(不同浓度的H2O2溶液)对酵母进行刺激处理,对刺激处理后酵母进行离心破碎,并利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE电泳)对处理过的酵母所产生的蛋白进行检测。10837

Yeast Fes1 protein and the relationship between oxidative stress
Abstract: The experiment use Angel yeast as the material, which was incubated by yeast culture medium (YPD medium). After that, a single yeast colony was sorted out by streak cultivation. Then, a high activity yeast strains was selected under microscope to process secondary yeast propagator. On the train to log phase yeast, respectively, with heavy metal ions (Cu+ and 25μmmol/L 1mmol/L Cd+, 2 h, 3 h, respectively 4 h and 9 h, 10 h, 11 h.) And hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 solution of different concentration) stimulation treatment on yeast, the yeast of stimulus processing after centrifugal crushing, and by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE electrophoresis) on the treatment of yeast protein detection.
