摘要:本次试验旨在进一步探讨饲料中添加大豆黄酮对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。选取体况相近162只45周龄兰蛋鸡随机分成3组,每组54只,组内设3个重复,每个重复18只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组和试验2组在基础日量基础上分别添加20、40mg/kg的大豆黄酮,试验28天。结果表明:添加20mg/kg的大豆黄酮显著提高了蛋重(P<0.05),对蛋黄颜色、蛋黄比率有显著性影响(P<0.05), 蛋品质无显著影响(P>0.05);添加40mg/kg大豆黄酮显著降低了料蛋比(P<0.05),显著提高了产蛋率(P<0.05),显著提高了哈氏单位(P<0.05)。蛋鸡饲料中添加大豆黄酮组能提高经济效益,改善蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质。25690 毕业论文关键词:大豆黄酮;生产性能;蛋品质;蛋鸡;经济效益
Effects of Dietary Daidzein on Performance and Egg Quality of Layers
