摘要麦冬以具有很高的药用价值而出名,分布于我国大部分地区,具有丰富的野生资源,在我国已有悠久的栽培与研究历史,但其种类繁多,分类鉴定较为困难。随着分子测序技术的迅速发展,DNA序列成为了物种各方面特性分析研究的热点,然而目前对麦冬物种间的DNA层面的分析鉴定较为缺乏。因此,本研究通过对浙麦冬与川麦冬叶绿体基因组研究,对其叶绿体基因结构特征进行解析,并与近缘物种进行比较,为进一步研究浙麦冬与川麦冬药用价值与DNA相关性作奠定,并且为更多不同麦冬分子层面上作特性分析鉴定研究打下基础。主要成果如下:90204

1、获得浙麦冬与川麦冬叶绿体基因组,序列全长分别为158091bp(浙),156310bp(川)。

2、对浙麦冬与川麦冬叶绿体基因组进行注释和修正,其中浙麦冬叶绿体基因组共注释得到178个基因,川麦冬叶绿体基因组共注释得到174个基因。

最后,通过得到的浙麦冬与川麦冬叶绿体基因组进行对比,归纳,统计,为进一步研究浙麦冬与川麦冬药用价值与DNA相关性分析打下基础。

Abstract Ophiopogon japonicus is well known for its high medicinal value。 It is distributed in most areas of our country。 It has abundant wild resources and has a long history of cultivation and research in China。 However, it is difficult to classify and identify。 With the rapid development of molecular sequencing technology, DNA sequence has become a hot spot in the analysis of all aspects of species, but the current identification of DNA level between Ophiopogon japonicus is lacking。 Therefore, this research through the comparison of radixophiopogonis and Ophiopogon japonicus chloroplast genome research, the structural characteristics of chloroplast gene were analyzed and compared with the close relatives,for further study of radixophiopogonis and Ophiopogonis medicinal value of the correlation between DNA and lay, and characteristic analysis and identification of lay the foundation for more different Ophiopogon japonicus on molecular level。 The main results are as follows:

1、The chloroplast genome of Ophiopogon japonicus and Radixophiopogonis was obtained The sequence length was 158091bp, 156310bp。

    2、In this paper, the chloroplast genome of Ophiopogon japonicus and Ophiopogon japonicus were annotated and corrected, in which 113 genes were obtained from the chloroplast genome of Radixophiopogonis, and the chloroplast genome of Ophiopogon japonicus was annotated to obtain the 113 gene。

Finally, the comparison of the chloroplast genome of Ophiopogon japonicus and Ophiopogon japonicus was carried out to provide a basis for further study on the correlation between the medicinal value and DNA correlation of Radixophiopogonis and Ophiopogon japonicus。
