摘要:随着全球气候变暖,高温已成为影响棉花(Gossypium hirsutum L.)生长发育的主要环境因子之一,快速筛选棉花叶片光合作用耐高温品种的方法尚待研究。为研究棉花叶片不同生育期高温逆境下叶绿素荧光参数的变化规律,本文以15个棉花品种为材料,用植物效率分析仪和LI-6400光合仪,研究了不同生育期及不同温度处理后,叶片光合作用参数、叶绿素荧光参数的变化规律。结果表明,高温处理后,叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fo、PHI(Po)、Sum K、Kn、Kp、RC/CSm、TRo/CSm、ETo/CSm、PI(abs)呈升高趋势,叶绿素荧光参数FM、ABS/RC、DIo/CSm呈下降趋势,中棉所50号最高。本研究为耐高温高光效棉花品种的筛选奠定了基础,对耐高温品种的筛选以及保证棉花高产有着重大意义。25762 毕业论文关键字:高温;棉花;叶绿素荧光参数;光合作用
The research of chlorophyll florescence parameters of cotton leaves under high temperature
Abstract:With global warming, high temperature is one of the main environmental factors affecting the cotton growth and development, a rapid screening method for high temperature resistant varieties of cotton leaves. In order to study the changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in different growth stages of cotton leaves under high temperature stress. This paper is based on 15 cotton varieties and using the plant efficiency analyzer and LI-6400 photosynthesis instrument to determine change rules of leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters after different growth stages and different temperature treatments. After high temperature treatment, the result is the chlorophyll fluorescence of Fv/Fo、PHI(Po)、Sum K、Kn、Kp、RC/CSm、TRo/CSm、ETo/CSm、PI(abs) is tended to increased, FM、ABS/RC、DIo/CSm is tended to decreased, No.50 the highest. This peper laid the foundation for screening of high temperature resistance and high efficiency cotton varieties. Having great significance for the selection of high temperature resistant varieties and the high yield of cotton.
