摘要:目的:研究不同水氮互作对菘蓝生长、光合生理及药材质量的影响,为菘蓝的优质栽培提供理论参考。方法:采用避雨盆栽方式,二因素裂区试验设计,测定菘蓝的生长指标、叶绿素含量、光合参数、叶内靛蓝与靛玉红含量、根内蛋白、多糖以及(R,S)-告依春含量等指标。结果:水氮互作能显著影响菘蓝的光合生理与药材品质。正常供水W1中氮水平N2下有利于菘蓝的生长,中氮水平N2下菘蓝叶片的光合作用和蒸腾作用都得以加强,短期的中度淹水W2下菘蓝活性成分含量增加。结论:各指标对于不同水氮互作处理的响应不完全一致,实际生产中需要根据对菘蓝产量和质量的不同要求,制定适宜的施肥和灌水措施。25770

Effects of water and nitrogen interaction on growth, photosynthetic physiology of Isatis indigotica and quality of medicinal material.
Abstract: Objection: In order to provide the theoretical basis of good quality cultivation of Isatis indigotica, the effects of water and nitrogen interaction on growth, photosynthetic physiology of I. indigotica and quality of medicinal material were explored. Method: Two factors split plot experiment was designed by using pot experiments sheltering from rain, with biomass, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic parameters, indigo and indirubin contents in leaves, polysaccharide, protein and Epigoitrin in roots as index. Result: Water and nitrogen interaction could significantly affect growth, photosynthetic physiology of I. indigotica and quality of medicinal material. W1N2 was favorable for the growth of I. indigotica, photosynthesis and transpiration of leaves were strengthened by N2, and the active ingredient contents in leaves and roots would increase by moderate flooding in short time. Conclusion: The indicators for different water and nitrogen interaction treatments were not exactly the same, appropriate fertilization and irrigation measures should be developed according to the.actual production requirements for yield and quality of I. indigotica.
