摘要:近年来,单子叶植物浮萍由于其快速生长和净化能力而受到广泛关注。对其进行分类鉴定是从事一切浮萍科植物研究的前提和基础。然而,浮萍主要进行无性繁殖,形态简单,这使得物种鉴定尤其困难。本文采用根据浮萍5SrDNA序列中的高度保守序列设计的引物为引物,PCR扩增5S rDNA非转录间隔区(NTS),PCR产物克隆至T-Vector pMD19载体中,筛选出阳性克隆,通过对浮萍的同一属2个物种的5S rDNA非转录间隔区碱基序列进行种内和种间比对,探寻不同物种间5S rDNA非转录间隔区及同一物种的不同间隔序列差异及其亲缘关系,进而为浮萍的物种鉴定和分类提供依据。 93573

Abstract: Duckweed is a group of monocotyledonous plants that has recently attracted much interest for its fast growth and its ability of sewage treatment。 The classification and identification of duckweed is the premise and basis for the study of all the duckweed plants。 However, it is difficult to identify species, which is mainly characterized by asexual propagation and relatively simple morphology。 The primers were designed according to the conserved sequence of duckweed in 5SrDNA sequences as primers, PCR amplification of 5S rDNA spacer region, the PCR product was cloned into T-Vector pMD19 vector, and positive clones were screened, For a comparison with NTS sequence of 2 different species of duckweed, exploring different plant species 5S rDNA non transcribed spacer sequence differences at different intervals of the same species and their genetic relationship, so as to provide evidence for species identification and classification of duckweed。 源C于H优J尔W论R文M网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ752-018766
