摘要:西双版纳黄瓜属于严格的短日照开花植物。本文较系统研究了光周期对西双版纳黄瓜开花相关性状的影响。采用不同的光周期条件处理西双版纳黄瓜后,统计分析了其开花相关性状,结果表明西双版纳黄瓜对光周期非常敏感,其中雌花的开放对于短日照的需求更为关键。可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量测定结果表明,短日照条件下西双版纳黄瓜在叶片中的糖物质积累明显低于长日照处理对照,而蛋白水平要高于长日照处理,说明西双版纳黄瓜在不同光周期条件营养物质的“源——库”关系和规律可能存在不同。地上部鲜重干重、株高、叶片数、茎粗等指标的测定结果表明,虽然西双版纳黄瓜开花严格受到短日照条件的调控,但长日照条件更有利于西双版纳黄瓜的营养生长。29787

Effects of photoperiod on physiological indexes related to flowering of Cucumber
Abstract: Xishuangbanna cucumber is a strict short day flowering plants. In this paper, the effects of photoperiod on flowering-related traits of cucumber in Xishuangbanna were studied systematically. The results showed that Xishuangbanna cucumber was very sensitive to photoperiod, and the opening of female flowers was more critical to the demand of short sunshine. The results showed that Xishuangbanna cucumber was very sensitive to photoperiod in Xishuangbanna cucumber with different photoperiod conditions. The results of soluble sugar and soluble protein content showed that the accumulation of sugar in leaves of Xishuangbanna cucumber was significantly lower than that of long daylight treatment, and the protein level was higher than that of long daylight treatment, indicating that Xishuangbanna cucumber was in different photoperiod condition The "source - sink" relationship and the law of matter may be different. The results showed that although the flowering of cucumber in Xishuangbanna was strictly regulated by short day conditions, the long day condition was more favorable for the vegetative growth of Xishuangbanna cucumber.

    引言:黄瓜在全球属于一种十分普遍的蔬菜,对人类生活以及消费上有重大影响。 但是,由于黄瓜遗传基础狭窄,栽培种内的品种不多,更是缺乏优质的资源,这一现状导致黄瓜分子育种进程十分艰辛与困难。 因此,促进栽培黄瓜和野生种、变种种质资源发生基因交流,对改良黄瓜遗传基础,促进黄瓜分子育种具有重要意义。
西双版纳黄瓜原产于云南省西双版纳地区,属于半野生黄瓜变种[1]。西双版纳黄瓜的外形类似于哈密瓜,有短柱形与方圆形两种瓜形,有3~5个心室,单果的种子数目比普通栽培黄瓜要多,大部分为300~400粒。西双版纳黄瓜含有诸多优异性状,诸如耐低温、耐弱光、光周期敏感、短下胚轴、果实大、重量重、成熟果实富含β-胡萝卜素等等。西双版纳黄瓜与栽培黄瓜两者之间虽然亲缘关系不近,但并不存在杂交障碍,使得其成为了栽培实践中理想的黄瓜遗传改良母本品种[2]。
