摘 要: 以“中豌6号”的豌豆品种为实验材料,采用水培的方法,研究了不同浓度(0、1、2、3、4、5g•L-1)的AsA对渍涝胁迫下豌豆幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,渍涝胁迫下,豌豆幼苗生物量、光合色素含量和根系活力比对照组显著降低,MDA含量、超氧阴离子产生速率以及抗氧化酶活性在根系和叶片中显著高于对照组;外施AsA显著提高了渍涝胁迫下豌豆幼苗叶片的生物量及光合色素含量,增强了根系活力和POD、SOD、CAT活性,降低了超氧阴离子产生速率、膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量。由此可见,渍涝胁迫下豌豆幼苗的生长受到抑制,外施AsA可以增加细胞膜的稳定性,降低膜脂过氧化伤害程度,从而缓解渍涝胁迫对豌豆幼苗生长的抑制,且浓度为3g•L-1 AsA缓解受损伤的豌豆幼苗效果最显著。30337 毕业论文关键词:豌豆;渍涝胁迫;抗坏血酸;生物量;抗氧化酶
Effects of Ascorbic Acid on Biomass and Antioxidant Systems in Seedlings of Garden Pea under Water-logging Stress
Abstract: Using Garden Pea “zhongwanNO.6” as the material, effects of the different concentration of Ascorbic acid (0、1、2、3、4、5g•L-1) on the growth of seedlings of Garden Pea under water-logging stress was studied by hydroponic culture. The results showed that, under water-logging stress, the biomass of seedlings、photosynthetic pigment contents and the root activity was significantly lower than that in the control, the O2- production rates, MDA contents, activities of antioxidant enzymes in roots and leaves were significantly higher than those in the control. Exogenous AsA application on the leaves significantly increased the contents of photosynthetic pigment and biomass, while the root activity and the POD、SOD、CAT activities were significantly increased. The content of malonaldehyde (produce of embrane lipid peroxidation) and the O2- production rates was significantly decreased when the Garden Pea seedlings were suffered from water-logging stress. So, it could be concluded that water-logging stress inhibited growth of seedlings in Garden Pea and exogenous AsA could effectively increase cytomembrane stabilization and reduce the damage from membrane lipid peroxidation. The results showed that by which could mitigate the harmful effects from water-logging stress on seedlings in Garden Pea and promote the growth of Garden Pea, and the concentration of 3g•L-1 AsA was one of the most significant relieve effect of relieve damaged Garden Pea seedlings.
