摘要:以天然生物防腐剂作为化妆品防腐剂的研发应用已成为当前的行业发展趋势。聚赖氨酸(ε-poly-L-lysine,ε-PL)作为生物防腐剂,具有抑菌谱广、水溶性好、无毒副作用 、安全性高等特点。本课题考察了聚赖氨酸对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌及黑曲霉的抑菌性能,确定了相应的MIC值,并进行了化妆品防腐效力测试。实验结果表明:聚赖氨酸对细菌的抑菌效果优于化妆品常用防腐剂尼泊金甲酯,聚赖氨酸对真菌的抑菌效果略差于尼泊金甲酯,课题优化了防腐剂体系,提出采用聚赖氨酸(ε-PL)与尼泊金甲酯按3:1配比,按0.05%添加量使用,在保证化妆品防腐体系安全性的前提下,为聚赖氨酸(ε-PL)作为天然防腐剂部分替代化学防腐剂尼泊金甲酯的应用,提供理论与实践依据。5567

Analysis of ε-Polylysine as a cosmetic preservative Feasibility
Abstract:The use of natural biological preservative is becoming the current research and development trend for cosmetic preservative. The advantages of polylysine (ε-poly-L-lysine, EPL) as a biological preservative include broad inhibition spectrum, high water-solubility, no toxic side effects and high safety. This study examines the antibacterial properties of polylysine against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Aspergillus niger; determines the corresponding MIC values; and tests cosmetic preservative efficacy. The experimental results show that: while polylysine has superior antibacterial compares to commonly used cosmetic preservative agent methylparaben, its inhibitory effect on fungi is slightly worse. To optimize preservative effect, the study proposes the use a mixture of polylysine and methylparaben in 3:1 ratio by weight at 0.05%. The study provides theoretical and practical basis for polylysine to be used as a natural alternative to chemical preservatives such as methylparaben while maintaining cosmetic preservative safety.
