摘要:小桐子(Jatropha curcas L.)是属于大戟科的木本植物,其种子的含油率达40%-60%,是加工生物燃油的优质原料植物。本文主要对小桐子八氢番茄红素脱氢酶基因(PDS)的克隆和生物信息学分析,结果表明:PCR扩增后得到一条1.8kb的单一条带,即PDS基因,其基因结构中含有15个外显子和14个内含子,进化树中显示小桐子最先与蓖麻归为一类,亲缘关系最近。这些结果为小桐子PDS基因的功能预测奠定了基础。31655 毕业论文关键词:小桐子;八氢番茄红素脱氢酶;基因克隆;生物信息学
Cloning and Bioinformatic Analysis of The PDS Gene
in Jatropha curcas
Abstract: Jatropha curcas is a woody plant belonging to the Euphorbiaceae, the seed oil content of 40%~60%, it is a good raw material for processing the bio fuel. This thesis mainly carried out for phytoene desaturase’s cloning and bioinformatic analysis. The results show that: The single band of 1.8kb was obtained after PCR amplification, that is PDS gene, its genetic structure contains 15 exons and 14 introns. In the evolutionary tree Jatropha curcas and Ricinus communist was first classified as a class, had the closest relationship. These results provide a basis for the prediction of PDS gene function of Jatropha curcas.
