摘  要:教师专业发展已经成为当前教育发展的焦点问题,教师综合素质决定教育改革成功与否的关键所在。本文采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等多种方法对周口、洛阳部分农村初中生物教师专业发展状况进行了调查分析,调查结果发现农村初中教师专业发展情况不容乐观,存在着自身专业发展意识不强、教师地位与待遇较低、硬件设施条件较差、职后培训工作实效性较低、教师科研的意识薄弱、学校教研工作成效不高、读书偏少、评价管理制度不合理等诸多不能忽视的问题。在调查分析的基础上提出,从政府及相关培训部门、农村学校和教师个人三个方面促进农村初中生物教师专业发展的建议。主要有(一)改善农村教学条件和提高农村教师工资待遇;(二)组织专门针对农村实际相关培训;(三)农村学校提高对初中生物学科的重视度;(四)致力于校本教研和校本培训;(五)建立教师评价管理新机制;(优尔)端正职业态度,增强自我专业发展的意识;(七)加强自主学习,增强自我实践反思能力;(八)开展“草根化”的教研活动,提升教师科研创新能力。31659

Investigation on the Development of Biology Teachers in Junior Middle School
                -Taking the Rural Junior Middle School in Zhoukou and Luoyang as an Example
Abstract:Teachers' professional development has become the focus of the current education development, teachers' comprehensive quality is the key to successful education reform. In this paper, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and other methods of zhoukou, luoyang part of the countryside junior middle school biology teachers' professional development has carried on the investigation and analysis, the results of the survey found that the village junior high school teacher professional development situation is not optimistic, there is no strong sense of their own professional development, teachers' status and treatment is low, hardware conditions is poorer, after training work efficiency is low, the teachers' scientific research consciousness is weak, the school teaching and research work efficiency is not high, read less and evaluation management system cannot ignore the problems such as unreasonable. On the basis of investigation and analysis is put forward, and related training departments of the government, the rural school and the teacher inpidual three aspects to promote the development of the countryside junior middle school biology teachers' professional advice. Mainly include (1) improve the conditions of rural education and improve the rural teachers' salaries; (2) the organization specifically targeted at the rural actual related training; (3) rural schools improve the degree of attention to the junior middle school biology; (4) dedicated to the school-based teaching and research and school-based training; (5) to establish a new management mechanism for teacher evaluation; (6) the professional attitude, enhance the consciousness of self professional development; (7) to strengthen the autonomous learning, strengthen their ability to practice reflection; (8) to carry out the "grassroots" of teaching and researching activities, improve teachers' scientific research innovation ability.
