Effects of Combined Bacterial Manure on Soil Enzyme Activities in the Soil of Sewage Irrigation Corn
Abstract: The different concentrations of synthetic wastewater and combined bacterial manure were used to irrigate the potted corn. Effects of combined bacterial manure on soil enzyme activities in the soil of sewage irrigation corn were studied. The results showed that the enzyme activities of invertase, amylase, protease, urease, catalase presented the law of first increasing and then decreasing along with the sewage concentration increasing.The enzyme activities of invertase and amylase were the highest, 0.37mg glucose/g soil, 0.07mg glucose maltose/g soil respectively at concentration of sewage of 50%. The enzyme activities of urease and protease were the highest, 1.43mg amino nitrogen/g soil, 0.21mgNH3-N/g soil respectively at concentration of sewage of 25%. The enzyme activities of catalase were the highest, 0.65mL (0.1mol/LKMnO4) /(h•g) at concentration of sewage of 75%. Soil protease activity changed irregularly, and soil invertase, amylase, urease,catalase activities presented the law of increasing after irrigating the different concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria. Soil invertase, amylase, urease activities presented the law of increasing along with the concentration of photosynthetic bacteria increasing, but soil catalase changed irregularly.
