摘要本课题以离子液体为溶剂来制备羧基纤维素,并通过改变反应时间以及温度等来制备羧基桑枝纤维素,并测定了所得羧基纤维素的羧基含量,及其在离子液体中的溶解率。本文将羧基纤维素与丝素蛋白在离子液体中进行接枝制备了羧基纤维素/丝素蛋白复合纤维膜并对其进行了吸水率、溶胀率、孔隙率等性能测试。84085
实验结果表明:(1)羧基化反应温度为70 ℃,反应时间为120 min时反应效果最好,羧基含量最高为7。8%;(2)羧基纤维素在[EMIM][DEP]离子液体中的溶解度要明显高于其他离子液体,溶解率为100%;(3)制备羧基纤维素/丝素蛋白复合纤维实验的最适温度为60 ℃,反应时间为120 min,两种物质的最适质量比为1:1,在此条件下产物的接枝率最高,接枝率为29。1%,即此为实验中制备羧基纤维素/丝素复合纤维的最适条件。(4)后续实验中又制备了微晶纤维素膜、丝素蛋白膜、微晶纤维素/丝素蛋白复合纤维膜、羧基桑纤维膜以及羧基桑纤维/丝素蛋白复合纤维膜,通过比较这五种膜得知,在溶胀率方面,尤其是中性环境下,羧基桑纤维膜与羧基桑纤维/丝素蛋白复合纤维膜较大,分别为203。40%和252。63%。孔隙率方面也是这两种膜比其他的三种要大,前者有89。32%的孔隙率,而后者的孔隙率为87。94%。最后为吸水性,这两种膜在这方面也要比另外三种高出许多,羧基桑纤维膜在蒸馏水、A-solution溶液和PH为7。4的PBS溶液中的吸水性分别为685%、515%和488%,而羧基桑纤维/丝素蛋白复合纤维膜则略逊于前者,分别为361%、315%和327%。

Abstract The topic of the experiment is using ionic liquid as solvent for preparation of carboxyl cellulose, by changing the time, temperature and amount of material response ratio of the experiment to study the better preparation method of carboxymethyl cellulose and determination of the income carboxyl cellulose in ionic liquid solubility。 The experiment also prepared carboxyl cellulose / silk fibroin protein fiber with carboxymethyl cellulose and silk fibroin in ionic liquids, and the fiber is made into membrane。 we studied its swelling ratio, porosity test。
The results show that:(1)When the reaction temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time is 120 min, carboxyl content is the highest in carboxyl reaction, it is7。8%; (2)The solubility of the carboxyl cellulose in [EMIM][DEP] ionic liquids is significantly higher than that of other ionic liquids, its solubility is 100%; (3)The optimum temperature of the preparation of carboxymethyl cellulose / silk fibroin protein composite fiber is 60 ℃, and the best reaction time is 120 min, when the mass ratio of two substances is1:1, the graft rate is 29。1%, the highest; (4)we prepared microcrystalline cellulose membrane, silk fibroin film, microcrystalline cellulose / silk fibroin composite fiber membrane, kissane carboxymethyl fiber membrane and carboxyl kissane fiber / silk fibroin composite fiber membrane in the subsequent trial。 By comparing the swelling rate of the five films, especially in neutral environment, carboxyl kissane fiber membrane and carboxyl kissane fiber / silk fibroin protein fiber composite membrane is larger than the others, the swelling rate is 252。63% and 203。40%。 The two membrane are also better than the others in porosity, the former is 89。32% , and the latter for the 87。94%。Last but not least, the absorbent, the two membrane also better than the others。 In distilled water, A-solution solution and pH is 7。4 PBS, the absorbency of the former is 585%, 515% and 488%,while the latter is slightly lower than the former, respectively, 361%, 315% and 327%。
