摘要:用不同浓度的灵芝孢子粉处理实验,观察在热胁迫条件下灵芝孢子粉对果蝇寿命的影响及在常温下对果蝇生殖能力的影响。对果蝇的处理采用乙醚麻醉法,数据处理方法为计数法和数据分析法。寿命试验中,在30℃高温胁迫的状对态下,0.002%的灵芝孢子粉对果蝇寿命具有一定的延长作用,0.02%的灵芝孢子粉对果蝇寿命无显著影响,0.2%的灵芝孢子粉能减少果蝇的寿命。且各浓度的灵芝孢子粉都能降低果蝇的活性。生殖能力试验中,不同浓度的灵芝孢子粉对果蝇的生殖能力无显著影响。34213 毕业论文关键词:灵芝孢子粉;果蝇;影响;寿命;生殖能力
The Effect of Ganoderma Spore Powder on the Life-span and Reproductive Ability of Drosophila
Abstract: Using different concentrations of fungus spores in the experiments, we observe the effects of ganoderma spores on Drosophila longevity under heat stress conditions and the impact for Drosophila reproductive capacity at room temperature. When handling Drosophila, we use ether anesthesia method, counting and data analysis are used for results of the experiment. The life test at 30℃ high temperature stress state, the low concentration of the spores has a certain prolongation of life; the middle concentration has no significant effect on the lifespan of Drosophila; the highest concentration reduces the life of Drosophila. Each concentration of fungus spores can reduce the activity of Drosophila. In the reproductive capacity test, different concentrations of fungus spores reproductive capacity of Drosophila almost has no significant influence.
