摘 要:本实验本以“京-17”品系小麦种子为材料,采用水培方法,研究了不同浓度的LaCl3(0、0.1、0.2、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0mmol•L-1)对小麦根尖生长的影响。实验在避光22℃恒温处理36小时后的测量小麦根长数据,统计分析。结果表明:①低浓度的处理液中小麦的根长芽长均高于高浓度处理液中的根长芽长;②La3+对小麦根长芽长的影响是低浓度促进,高浓度抑制。34214 毕业论文关键字:稀土;La;小麦
The Effects of Rare Earth Element La onGrowth of Wheat Root
Abstract: Using hydroponic method, the “jing-17” strain wheat seeds was studied as the material, treated with the different concentration LaCl3 (0、0.1、0.2、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mmol•L-1) ,statistics data of the growth of wheat root tip after cultured under non-light, 22℃ temeperature for 36 hours. The results showed as follow:①, the roots and sprout treated in low concentration of La3+ both grew longer than those treated in the high concentration;②The effect of La3+ on wheat root and sprout were that low concentration promoted , but high concentration inhibited.
