摘要: 丙位癸内酯又名GDL是一种内酯类香料,在食品、日化和轻工等领域有着广泛的应用,全球每年近万吨的GDL产品基本都是采用化学方法合成,随着人们对天然添加剂的日益需求,迫切需要开发其可以替代的新型生产技术,生物转化法是获得天然GDL的最佳途径。
本论文对市售17种高活性干酵母粉进行筛选,确定了“安琪高活性干酵母”为高产菌株,然后又对其发酵条件进行了优化,确定其最佳培养基为:葡萄糖0.5%、蓖麻油1%、吐温-80 0.8%、MgSO4 0.3%、NaCl 0.2%、Na2HPO4 0.12%、KH2PO4 0.1%;温度28℃,接种量0.1%,种龄48h,pH值自然。在此条件下,GDL的发酵产量达到476.3mg/L。
同时本文也对GDL的提取条件,气相检测条件和GDL生成速率进行了研究。5902

The preliminary study of the biological preparation of γ-decalactone
Abstract:γ-decalactone(GDL) is a lactone, it has a wide application in the food, cosmetic and light industry fields, GDL nearly 10,000 tons per year worldwide products are basically using chemical synthesis. With the increasing demand for natural additives, urgent need to develop new production technology which may alternative the traditional technology. Biotransformation is the best way to get natural GDL.
We screened 17 kinds of high active dry yeast powders and determined “Angel active dry yeast” as the high - producing strain.We optimized the fermentation conditions and determined their best medium for: glucose 0.5%, castor oil 1%(vol/vol), tween-80 0.8%(vol/vol), MgSO4 0.3%, NaCl 0.2%, Na2HPO4 0.12%, KH2PO4 0.1%, temperature 28℃, seed age 48 hours, inoculation 0.5%, pH is natural.
We also studied GDL extraction conditions, test conditions and GDL generation rate.
