摘要:本实验采用土培盆栽的方法培育玉米幼苗作为试验材料,对玉米叶片进行不同的温度处理(20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃),通过检测可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖以及脯氨酸等这些渗透调节物质的含量,并比较三种渗透调节物质含量在以上的温度梯度处理下的变化,旨在研究高温胁迫对玉米叶片渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明,随着温度从20℃到40℃范围内的升高,三种渗透调节物质的含量升高。其中可溶性糖含量在所有处理中含量都比较高,在温度处理为40℃时达到最大。可溶性蛋白含量在温度处理为40℃时明显高于温度处理为20℃时。脯氨酸含量在温度处理为30℃较温度处理为20℃明显增多。表明高温胁迫条件下,玉米是通过积累可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸等这些渗透调节物质来适应高温这种逆境。34321 毕业论文关键词:高温胁迫;渗透调节物质;玉米叶片
Effect of high temperature stress on osmotic adjustment substances of maize leaf
Abstract: In order to explore the effects of high temperature stress on osmotic adjustment substances of maize leaves, the leaves of maize seedling in pot were subjected to 5 different temperatures(20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃).And the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and free proline in the maize leaves were assayed. The results showed that soluble sugar, soluble protein, and free proline contents increased with warming. The content of soluble sugar was the highest at 40℃.And compared with the temperature of 20℃,the soluble protein content in maize leaves increased significantly under high temperature stress of 40℃.Compared with the temperature of 25℃,the content of free proline increased evidently under the temperature of 30℃.The results indicated that the plant could enhance the adverse resistance by the accumulation of osmotic adjustment substances,
